<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing copolymer having excellent fuel barrier properties and adhesion to a nonfluorine polymer. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing copolymer comprises a polymerization unit (A) based on tetrafluoroethylene, a polymerization unit (B) based on ethylene and a polymerization unit (C) based on itaconic anhydride or citraconic anhydride. The (A)/(B) is (20/80) to (80/20) expressed in terms of molar ratio and the (C)/[(A)+(B)] is (1/10,000) to (5/100) expressed in terms of the molar ratio.
