<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control method for mitigating shock caused when conveying equipment, a lifting gear, or the like which uses a motor as a power source is accelerated. <P>SOLUTION: A motor controller 6 for controlling acceleration and deceleration of a motor 3 comprises an inverter main circuit 21, an inverter control circuit 22, a motor monitor circuit 23, a change-over switch 24, and a set value computing unit 61. If the operating state of the motor 3 monitored by the motor monitor circuit 23 exceeds an allowable range while the motor 3 is being accelerated and thereafter this state is released, the procedure illustrated in the figure takes place. That is, to bring the operating state into within the allowable range, accelerating operation is resumed at a rotational speed value in the normal operation of the set value computing unit 61 corresponding to a limit value of rotational speed outputted from the motor monitor circuit 23. Thereby, shock given to a load 4 at that time is mitigated and further the time that lapses before the motor 3 reaches a command value of rotational speed is shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
