<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna for RFID permitting miniaturization and lighting, solving the problem of failure occurrence such as disconnection of the antenna and being produced at low cost, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This antenna comprises an RFID module consisting of a transmitting/receiving antenna and an IC chip and transmits/receives data in non-contact manner. Resin sheets 1a, 1b, 1c on which circuits 2a, 2b, 2c are formed of a conductive material by printing or deposition or etching technique are electrically connected multiply. The circuits 2a, 2b, 2c made of the conductive material are spiral. The resin sheets 1a, 1b, 1c are multiply arranged thereon.
