PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to perform access to a Web page without inputting any character string showing access data, which is more suitable for the purpose of use that a specific Web page is repeatedly browsed than a conventional manner. SOLUTION: A composite unit 1 performs access to the Web page with the depression of a switch device installed in a switch I/F 60 as a trigger. Thus, it is necessary only to depress the switch device again for the purpose of performing access to the Web page again, and it is not necessary to reinstall the switch device in the switch I/F 60. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the switch device from being lost, or the access data of another Web page from being recorded, or the switch device from being installed by mistake until the Web page of the access data recorded in the switch device is browsed again.
