PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for accurately and simply connecting a first housing of a first electronic product with a second housing of a second electronic product. SOLUTION: The coupling device is provided with a rivet pin 200 having a first part 200a and a second part 200b, a bolt head 210 arranged between both, and a rivet main body 100 for engaging the second housing 222a. In the first part 200a of the rivet pin 200, there is provided a screw thread 212 for securing a wall 111c of the first housing 111a. A slot 109 is provide in the rivet main body 100. The second part 200b of the rivet pin 200 is inserted into the rivet main body 100 to engage the rivet main body 100. This makes the second housing 222a connect with the first housing 111a.
