PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve which has such a structure as to inhibiting noises generated when the valve contacts a valve seat from leaking to the outside of injection valve. SOLUTION: A small-diameter flow path enlarged portion 1b is provided beneath the downstream side of a jetting hole 1a drilled in the valve seat 1, so that the noises generated when the valve 6 (see Fig. 2) contacts the valve seat 1 are inhibited from transmitting to the valve seat 1, thus restraining the leakage of the noises to the outside.
