PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which a member having slanting directional overhung part to the surface axial direction of a blank tube can be hydroformed as the same shape as a die. SOLUTION: The blank tube is set in the inner part of the die provided with a cavity for forming the slanted overhung part extended to the slanted deep direction to the surface axial direction of the blank tube, to start the hydroforming. A counter is disposed at the position in contact with the top part of the overhung part of the blank tube, and after contacting, while performing the hydroforming, the counter is shifted to parallel with the member cutting-off surface. In this way, the blank thickness-flow at the overhung part can be introduced to the slanted deep direction and thus, the member having the slanted overhung part can be formed.
