PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit capable of optionally adjusting the output impedance of a driver circuit and the logical level of output terminals. SOLUTION: An adjusting resistor 4 is connected between a first output terminal 5A and a second output terminal 5B. A first circuit is provided with a first switch element 2A for performing on and off operations by positive phase data, a second switch element 2D for performing on and off operations reverse to the first switch element by the positive phase data, and a first adjusting circuit connected in parallel to the first or the second switch element to perform adjustment of the output impedance of the first output terminal. Further, a second circuit 3 is provided with a third switch element 3A for performing on and off operations by negative phase data, a fourth switch element 3D for performing on and off operations reverse to the third switch element by the negative phase data, and a second adjusting circuit connected in parallel to the third or the fourth switch element to perform adjustment of the output impedance of the second output terminal.
