The apparatus has two lines (2,3) of discs (41, 42, 51, 52) assembled on a horizontal frame. The discs of each line are assembled in opposition with respect to a median plane and on two consecutive lines. The apparatus includes additional discs (61,62) on a central part of both sides of the median plane. The additional discs are oppositely inclined with respect to each other.
