PURPOSE: A method for reselling contents is provided to make a user collect the expense for a use right remained at a time point that the charged contents are removed, and offer a chance for making a new profit to the users using the contents through a mobile device and contents providers. CONSTITUTION: The used contents are registered by receiving the sales information for the reselling contents through the communication network in response to a request of a seller(S112). In response to the request of a buyer wanting to buy the used contents, the used contents are provided to a buyer terminal(S118). The sales information is transmitted to a seller terminal(S124). After charging a fare for the used contents, the fare selling the used contents is given to the seller(S126).
