<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a start-up time of a fuel cell system by speeding up supply of pure water when the pure water to be used for the system is frozen. <P>SOLUTION: A pure water pump 4 taking out the pure water from a pure water tank 3 and circulating it in the fuel cell system is installed at a lower part of the pure water tank 3 storing the pure water necessary for operation of the fuel cell system, and the pure water tank 3 is constructed so that the pure water stored therein is taken out from the bottom part of the pure water tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
