<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling state managing system and a traveling state managing method by which accurate demand prediction of a repair component can be performed based on real traveling distance and environment, only minimum stocks are required based on such accurate demand prediction, and the stock rotation rate of the repair component can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The traveling state managing system has a vehicle extracting part 32 which extracts position information on a vehicle 20 from reflected wave data; a vehicle position storing part 33 which stores therein the position information on the vehicle 20 extracted by the vehicle extracting part 32, as previous position information; a traveling distance calculating part 35 which calculates the traveling distance of the vehicle 20 from the position information and previous position information on the vehicle 20; a component information storing part 37 which stores therein a durability standard of the repair component; and a deteriorated component calculating part 38 which calculates the number of deteriorated components based on the traveling distance and the durability standard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
