PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device which restrains occurrence of a cut step on a material having a boundary surface different in cutting resistance. SOLUTION: This working device has a cutting tool 21 to cut the material 10 (12, 13) having the boundary surface different in cutting resistance, displacement means 22, 24, 25 to displace a knife edge position of the cutting tool 21 and an adjustment means to adjust cutting quantity of the cutting tool 21 by controlling the displacement means 22, 24, 25 at a position of the boundary surface.
