PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace capable of easily conducting heat sterilization of a picking needle which has been already used in picking in an extremely short time, to provide a fishing apparatus capable of repeatedly conducting picking at a high speed and capable of conducting the sterilization, while conducting fishing as well, by being equipped with the heating furnace, and to provide the picking needle having such high thermal and operational reliability as to be used in the fishing apparatus. SOLUTION: This picking needle is so designed that its picking needle part is formed out of a high-frequency inductive material, so that the picking needle part can be heated in a high-frequency heating coil. The high-frequency heating furnace is located in a position in which the picking needle already used in the picking is suspended in the fishing apparatus for continuing the picking by arranging many picking needles in a transfer mechanism and sequentially dispatching the picking needles, so that the needle is subjected to the heat sterilization while the needle is suspended.
