<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system for a fuel cell vehicle excellent in fuel economy without causing a failure of a DC/DC converter or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply system is equipped with: the DC/DC converter 40 allowing adjustment of voltages of a first terminal 41 serially connected to a chargeable/dischargeable storage means 30 and of a second terminal 42 serially connected to a fuel cell 20; an auxiliary machine 60 located between the fuel cell and the DC/DC converter, connected in parallel with the storage means and operated by power of the storage means; a first voltage adjustment means 43 for adjusting the voltage of the first terminal so as to be gradually set equal to the voltage of the storage means in a specific operation; and second voltage adjustment means 52 and 53 for adjusting the voltage of the second terminal so as to be gradually set equal to the voltage of the storage means in the specific operation.
