PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of pieces of components, a weight, an occupation area and a cost. SOLUTION: This accessory driving pulley comprises a cylindrical hub 1 coaxially fixed to a rotating shaft, a pulley main body 2 rotatably mounted on an outer periphery of the hub 1, and a torque transmitting means 3 for transmitting the torque between the pulley main body 2 and the hub 1. The torque transmitting means 3 is composed of elastic members 4 mounted among three inner ribs 24 projected on an inner peripheral face of the pulley main body 2 and three outer ribs 17 projected on an outer peripheral part of a cylindrical main body 16 of the hub 1, and the transmission of the torque is conducted by absorbing the vibration.
