<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker which enables its user to obtain his or her favorite coffee extract even from coffee powder with its re-roasting function. <P>SOLUTION: This coffee maker has a water container 2, a heating means 4 which heats water introduced from the water container 2 and supplies hot water, a water-raising pipe 6 which sends hot water to a coffee extracting room 7, a storage container 9 which stores the coffee extract extracted from the coffee extracting room 7 and a heating means 10 which heats coffee powder placed in the coffee extracting room 7.
