<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an airbag door integrated type instrument panel, by which the undulation of the airbag door cannot be recognized by eyes from a cabin of an automobile, and to provide a molding die to be used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the airbag door integrated type instrument panel 1 and the molding die to be used for this method are characterized in that foaming resin is injected keeping the clearance between a core material 3 of the airbag door and a movable die 7 by a required amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
