<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation of a loss of output light when the wavelength of input light is varied, in an optical module outputting the output light obtained by diffracting the input light. <P>SOLUTION: The optical module outputting the output light obtained by diffracting the input light inputted from an external part is provided with an acousto-optical element emitting diffracted light obtained by diffracting the input light at emission angles different in response to the wavelength of the input light and a first compensation prism emitting a first output light beam wherein the difference between the emission angles different in response to the wavelength of the diffracted light is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
