PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly process management information related to objective digital contents. SOLUTION: Since the management information related to digital contents are embedded into the digital contents as digital watermark information (steps S4, S5, and S10), the digital watermark information including the management information is integrated with the digital contents without being separated, and thus the consecution of the information management can be maintained and also a header for the management information is not required.
