PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated fabric maintaining water resistance and water vapor transmission performances at a high level and affording a comfortable feeling of wearing. SOLUTION: The coated fabric is obtained by forming a resin layer composed of at least one kind of polyurethane resin on a fiber fabric. The coated fabric has≥15,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>24 h water vapor transmission rate according to a potassium acetate method and≥5,000 mmH<SB>2</SB>O water-resistant pressure. The maximum temperature in clothes according to measurement with a perspiration simulation apparatus is regulated to≤35°C and the maximum humidity in the clothes according to the measurement with the apparatus is regulated to≤80%RH.
