PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a three-dimensional model of an actual object by a simple method. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional model of the modeling object 108 is prepared by using: the video image of an actual world including a modeling object 108 photographed with an image pickup part 101 as an object; the position posture of the image pickup part 101 measured by a position posture measuring part 102; and the distance from the image pickup part 101 to the modeling object 108 measured by a distance measuring part 103.
