PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report unit using the conduction of water when water leaks due to the forgetfulness to turn the water off at the main cock, the overflow of water or the damage of a cock or valve. SOLUTION: A metallic spring 2 is arranged through an insulator at the center of a metallic case, and the top end is adhered to the bottom face.
