DEFORMATION-COMPATIBLE VERTICAL DRAIN AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

A variable vertical drain and a construction method using the same are provided to raise drain efficiency of interstitial water to the ground by forming a water passage such that the interstitial water under the ground is introduced from all directions. A variable vertical drain comprises a core(11) and a filter(12). The core has water passage that communicate with a drainage(14) formed in the vertical drain in the longitudinal direction thereof. The filter surrounds the core. The filter is coupled with the outer surface of the core through thermal fusion. The core is an accordion type core contracted in the vertical direction. The water passage water passage is a fluid hole formed at a radial position with respect to the longitudinal direction of the accordion type core. The core is a coil spring type core and is contracted in the vertical direction. The water passage is formed by an interval between coils approximating to the coil spring type core.
