PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce vibration of a mounting board 3 due to the operation of a mounting device without deteriorating the floor vibration elimination performance of a gas spring 10 in a gas spring type vibration eliminator A. SOLUTION: When the device on the mounting board 3 performs a certain operation that applies relatively large reaction force to the mounting board 3, a signal is supplied from the device so that a controller 45 moves an air cylinder 30 ahead to place a stopper portion 35 just below the lower surface of the mounting board 3 to restrict the disposition of the mounting board 3. A narrow space h is placed between the upper end of the stopper portion 35 and the lower surface of the mounting board 3 in order to properly restrict the disposition of the mounting board 3 due to a certain operation of the device without preventing minute disposition of the mounting board 3 due to the floor vibration.
