The barge has a pump to create current for functioning by discharging clear water to the sea. A level (5) represents water oil separation zone. A hydrocarbon pump (10) is connected to oil phase settled in a tank (4) and to a tank (9) by valves and tubes. Micro-wastes are obstructed by a tilting screen (15), whose rotation axis is fixed on both sides of a drain. The collected debris falls in a trough while tilting the screen.
