The invention concerns an identity card comprising different security features and additionally one or a plurality of luminous fields which can be of almost any graphic design and are based on electroluminescent capacitors which can be made to illuminate in specific predetermined conditions, when a corresponding supply voltage is applied. In this way, an identification or control process can be carried out rapidly and even in unfavourable visibility conditions. |
