PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fiber which is characterized by containing tourmaline, activating the body, exterminating bacteria, having deodorization, lasting efficiency of the tourmaline semi-permanently and radiating anion is provided. The fiber is useful for clothes, hats, daily necessaries and bedclothes. CONSTITUTION: Fiber containing tourmaline is obtained by the steps of: preparing functional ceramic comprised of at least two of sericite, loess, jade, germanium, zeolite and bentonite; mixing 20-30% of tourmaline powder having 5.8-6.2 micron with the functional ceramic to prepare composite ceramic powder; mixing the composite ceramic powder with an adhesive aqueous solution to prepare a composite ceramic aqueous solution; and then containing the composite ceramic aqueous solution into fiber to manufacture the fiber having 1-15wt.% of the tourmaline.
