PURPOSE: A step bolt is provided to prevent the step bolt from sliding, by forming a coating layer made of a synthetic resin material on the outer surface of the step bolt. CONSTITUTION: A step bolt comprises a coupling portion(100); a step portion; a bolt head portion(120); a through hole penetrating through the step portion; a coating layer(130) covering the outer surface of the step portion; a connecting portion made of a synthetic resin material, and which penetrates through the through hole and interconnects the inner surface of one side of the coating layer and the inner surface of the other side of the coating layer; a coupling groove portion formed at both ends of the step portion and recessed downward along the outer surface of the step portion; and a coupling rib protruded along the inner surface of the coating layer and fit into the coupling groove portion.
