PURPOSE: A rotary barrel type plating apparatus is provided to reduce repairing cost of the barrel by fabricating barrel in an assembly type and perform uniform plating, reduce plating time and reduce quantity of washing water by agitating plating solution as rotating the barrel, thereby preventing concentration gradient of the plating solution. CONSTITUTION: In a rotary barrel type electroplating apparatus for plating the plating objects by agitating and mixing the plating objects together with a plating solution using a barrel which is rotated by motor, and in which small sized plating objects are contained, the apparatus is characterized in that the barrel comprises a plural outer surface forming plates(20) formed by laterally connecting a plural connection plates(10) on which a circulation groove(14) is formed so that the circulation groove is circulated to the outside, the plural outer surface forming plates are respectively connected to each other to form in a sealed ring shape to form a sectional shape of polygon of triangle or more as a whole, and the outer surface forming plates are formed in an assembly type to check the plating state of plating objects positioned in the barrel and exchange the damaged connection plates only when the connection plates are damaged, wherein the barrel further comprises an inner spray which is installed in the barrel, and into which washing water for washing the plating objects is supplied; and an outer spray(300) which is installed in an upper part of the barrel, and into which washing water for washing the plating objects is supplied.
