<p>The present invention is related to a lollipop wrapper material (1) suitable for high speed packaging machines, comprising a flexible mono- or multilayer substrate (5) wherein said wrapper material (1) further comprises at least one funtional coating layer (4,6) on the outside and/or the inside of said flexible substrate (5), said outside functional coating layer (4) having properties of high heat resistance and/or controlled seal strength, and said inside functional coating layer (6) having properties of controlled seal strength and/or low seal initiation temperature.
