PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and an LCD including the LCD panel are provided to prevent the LCD panel from being thermally deformed. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel includes the first substrate, the second substrate, and a heat transfer member. The first substrate includes color filters expressing predetermined colors by a plurality of color pixels, and a black matrix(214) formed between the color pixels of the color filters and formed on regions surrounding the color filters. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The heat transfer member is formed on the first substrate and transfers heat applied from the outside to the black matrix. The heat transfer member includes a heat absorbing part(262) for absorbing the heat applied from the outside and a heat transfer part(264) for transmitting the absorbed heat to the black matrix.
