Method involves hollowing out four main wooden tapered pieces (1, 2, 3, 4), and two extreme tapered pieces (5). Tapered pieces are then glued together, starting from the center of the ball. Flat section (7) is then cut out perpendicularly to layers of glue connecting tapered pieces. Large base of tapered piece (8) made of hard wood is then glued on flat section. Finally, exterior of assembly made of tapered pieces is shaped as a sphere.
