A non-fluid cosmetic composition for the care and/or makeup of e.g. the skin or lips comprises at least one oily phase, 6-25 wt.% of a wax phase comprising at least one apolar wax, and 0.5-10 wt.% of specified diamide derivative (I). A non-fluid cosmetic composition for the care and/or makeup of e.g. the skin or lips comprises at least one oily phase, 6-25 wt.% of a wax phase comprising at least one apolar wax, and 0.5-10 wt.% of specified diamide derivative (I). The diamide derivative is of formula (I). R-CO-NH-A-NH-CO-R1> (I) R, R1>H, 1-22C hydrocarbon chain optionally substituted with one or more of aryl or -COOR2> or -CONHR2> or -NHCONHR2> or OCONHR2> and/or optionally comprising up to 3 of O or S or N and/or optionally substituted with up to 4 halogen especially F and/or with up to 3 hydroxy; R2>2-12C hydrocarbon; A : 1-18C hydrocarbon chain optionally substituted with one or more of aryl or -COOR2> or - CONHR2> or -NHCONHR2> or OCONHR2> and/or optionally comprising up to 3 of O or S or N and/or optionally substituted with up to 4 halogen especially F and/or with up to 3 hydroxy.
