The pressure line (1) has at least one head section (2) provided with a sealing seat (3) at its end and a bearing surface (4) at the rear, with an ellipsiodal concave transition (5) between the bearing surface and the pressure line. The longer ellipse axis (a) of the ellipsoidal concave transition extends parallel to the longitudinal axis (6) of the pressure line. An independent claim for a pressure line connection is also included.
