PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic load generator having excellent cost effectiveness. SOLUTION: This unbalance dynamic load generator is provided with at least one pair of acentric rotation masses symmetrical about a plane. The operation is controlled by at least one control signal generated by a control module as a function of a preset signal having a predetermined frequency. For at least one mass, the generator is provided with a reference angle position sensor C for transmitting a position signal indicating the passage of the rotation mass through the reference angle position, and a control circuit with a computing circuit which calculates mass rotation periodicity from continuous position signals transmitted by the position sensor C and generates a control signal as a function of a difference between the measured rotation periodicity and the periodicity of the preset signal.
