PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a wobbling signal in which an RF signal is properly suppressed. SOLUTION: Variable gain means 2, 3 are disposed in signals S1, S2 containing wobbling amplitude components. The outputs of the variable gain means 2, 3 are mixed at a predetermined ratio by a mixing means 5, and supplied to a wobbling information decoding means 10. The gains of the variable gain means 2, 3 are controlled by gain control means 6, 7, and 8 so that the amplitude of a signal output from the mixing means 5 becomes a signal having an RF signal component properly suppressed.
