<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet connecting system, capable of acquiring a benefit of IPv6 by a comparatively simple method, and is capable of finding additional values by a maker who manufactures a client-side instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The system has an InterBOX 3 provided on a network connected with IPv6 terminal 2, and an InterServer 6 for connecting to the InterBOX 3 by IPv4 through a global network. In this InterServer 6 IPv6, an IPv6 address of the IPv6 terminal 2 or a part its address are stored, associated with the IPv4 address of the InterBOX 3, and routing to the IPv6 terminal 2 is realized by establishing a tunneling connection between the InterBOX 3 at the IPv4 terminal.
