PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ultrasonic vibrator for which the number of components is reduced, assembly is facilitated, miniaturization is performed and work efficiency is high, capable of obtaining equivalent characteristics (no-load vibration speed) at the same frequency (λ/2) as a conventional bolt tightened Langevin type ultrasonic vibrator. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 4 for adjusting frequency and balancing load is adhered to the bottom part of a horn 3, 3A and integrated. The horn 3 is formed almost conically and a middle mass 2 is integrally formed at the lower part.
