PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval method capable of obtaining a much more highly precise retrieval result. SOLUTION: The display of an image with meta data is given priority over that of an image without meta data, and the input or designation of the image with meta data is given priority over that of the image without meta data.
