<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the number of revolutions and rotational position from induced voltage with accuracy, even in braking and quickly and accurately stop the revolution of a sensorless three-phase motor, with respect to the driving of the motor which is made to be driven in bipolar manner. <P>SOLUTION: The sensorless three-phase motor is used at revolutions which is of relatively low speed (approximately 2,000 rpm or lower) and is driven bipolarly. When the motor is driven, its number of revolutions and rotational position are detected from induced voltage with accuracy, even at braking reverse brake is applied with accurate phase. At a signal indicating a preset number of revolutions or lower, short brake is applied. As a result, this phase changes with wrong timings or rotating in the reverse direction due to inertia. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
