<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency by shortening a printing preparation time and reduce a burden of operation on an operator in relation to a control device and a control method for a rotary press. <P>SOLUTION: The control device comprises a paster 100 splicing a web 10 of a new web roll 12 to be used in next printing with a web 10 of an old web roll 11 being used at present, an order means 95 ordering the paster 100 to begin splicing, splicing-related modification elements 20, 71 which should be changed in setting in relation to splicing when splicing, and a control means 91 which controls operation by linking the paster 100 with the splicing-related modification elements 20, 71 when splicing is ordered by the order means 95. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
