PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding case 20 in which one portion of an opening at a bottom surface of a cuboid is constantly closed and the other portion of the opening is made openable and closable. SOLUTION: The shielding case 20 comprises: a chassis 10 consisting of a conductive material of substantially a boxed shape with an opening being provided approximately at the entirety of the bottom surface of the cuboid; a first shield cover 12 consisting of a conductive material, which is incorporated to hold the chassis 10 at one side of the cuboid in a longitudinal direction and to close the opening at the one side; and a second shield cover 14 consisting of a conductive material, which is incorporated to hold the chassis 10, being slidable in the longitudinal direction of the cuboid, closing the opening at the other side of the cuboid in the longitudinal direction at a first sliding position, and opening the opening at the other side of the cuboid at a second sliding position. A circuit board or the like is accommodated in the chassis 10 at the one side, and the chassis 10 is fixed to a fixing screw which is inserted through a surface opposite to the opening of the chassis 10 at the other side.
