PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the freedom of design of a display part, an operation part or an operation display part of an electric instrument mounted on vehicle and to enhance the visual recognition property of a meter for vehicle. SOLUTION: The display and control device for vehicle is provided with the operation display parts 4-6 operated by an occupant; and a first control part 1 for executing predetermined control by an input from the operation display parts 4-6 and transmitting a signal to the operation display parts 4-6.
