PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic surgery system which can be connected with a plurality of hand pieces and enables a hand piece to be used to be easily selected at hand of a held hand piece to improve individual operability of hand pieces. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic surgery system comprises a device main body 62 with a built-in drive means, a connector extension unit connected to the device main body 62, first to third hand pieces detachably connected to connector connecting parts of the connector extension unit 63, had switches 4 to be detachably attached to side parts of operating parts of the hand pieces, and foot switches to be selected alternatively with the hand switches 4 and pushed down. The connector extension unit 63 is equipped with a hand switch connector part to connect the hand switch connectors 21 of the three hand switches 4 and a selection means which uses the hand switches 4 as an operating means to select a hand piece to be used among the three hand pieces and is actuated corresponding to operation of the hand switches 4.
