<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the limit on a device where a part of a memory (for example, steady image memory) is not used, in a generation method of a video signal generator including video signal and a digital decoder. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises a graphic memory (16), in which first and second graphic objects are stored; an image memory (12) that contains an OSD processor (18) for generating a first digital stream (OSD) that represents the first graphic object, as well as an image and generates a second digital stream; and a mixer (20) that mixes the first digital stream (OSD) and the second digital stream with video signals (RGB, YCrCb).
