<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an auxiliary machine for a vehicle that can efficiently cool the vehicle auxiliary machine that is disposed inside a trunk room by running wind and is accompanied by heat generation, does not require additional ducts by disposing a cooling wind passage from a rear deck cross section to a trunk side cross section, and is advantageous in layout, by disposing the vehicle auxiliary machine in a trunk room inside section, disposing the cooling wind passage for guiding running air to a car body side forming the trunk room, and disposing the cooling wind passage from the rear deck cross section to the trunk side cross section of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle has a trunk room 16 separated from a cabin 11 in the back part of the car body. The vehicle auxiliary machine 18 accompanied by heat generation is disposed in the inside section of the trunk room 16, and the cooling wind passage for guiding the running wind to the vehicle auxiliary machine 18 is disposed on the car body side forming the trunk room 16.
