<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium manufacturing device in which damage of a substrate can be avoided while avoiding situation in which a center hole is formed in an eccentric state. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a blade part 32 for punching which is pushed in a disk type base material D1and forms a center hole 18, a supersonic wave horn 37 abutted to the disk type base material D1, an up-and-down movement mechanism 39 shifting the supersonic wave horn 37 in the direction of closing and separating for the blade of the blade part 32 for punching, a supersonic wave generating source 38 vibrating the supersonic wave horn 37 in a supersonic wave state, and a control part controlling operation of the supersonic wave generating source 38 and the up-and-down movement mechanism 39. The control part shifts the supersonic wave horn 37 in the direction of closing to the blade for the up-and-down mechanism 39 and pushes the disk type base material D1, while the control part makes the supersonic wave generating source 38 vibrate in a supersonic wave state from a point of time at which the disk type base material D1 contacts the blade edge until a point of time at which punching formation of the center hole 18 is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
