摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soybean fungus having an ability for highly producing a thrombolytic enzyme, to provide a method for producing fermented soybeans, and to provide a fermented soybean product. <P>SOLUTION: This fermented soybean strain is TTCC 865 strain (accession number: FERM P-19176) belonging to Bacillus subtilis having an ability for highly producing the thrombolytic enzyme or its similar strain. This method for producing the soybeans highly containing the thrombolytic enzyme is characterized by using the above-described fermented soybean strain to produce the fermented soybeans.
