BURIED METER AND STRUCTURE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

A buried meter wherein a sensor section (10A) for sensing a physical quantity relating to a change of state of a structure is provided to a part of a case (10), and the meter has, in the case (10), a converter (11) for converting the physical quantity sensed by the sensor (10A) into an electric signal, a transmission circuit section (12) for outputting a carrier signal modulated with the output of the converter (11), a drive section (13) for driving the converter (11) and the transmission circuit section (12) by the power from a battery (15), and a transmission coil (14) for generating a low-frequency magnetic field signal in response to the output of the transmission circuit section (12). The case (10) is buried in the structure. By adopting a wireless communication system, the water stop function of the structure is adequately ensured, and the measurement sensor is prevented from breaking. Data can be remotely collected, and the strength characteristic of the structure is not adversely influenced.
